The Interpolation technique doesn't work well with originally low frames as it has to guess what's the motion between the frames (and computers are mega stupid). So unless you include more of the walking motion, it won't work well.

Don't think the enemy sprites need more frames, the event sex scenes though. They get really choppy and weird if you slow down or go super fast. Maybe interpolation would help it look smoother without having to do a shitton of work for it

I dunno, I think just 4 frames was good enough. the choppiness of the movement had character

It looks okay, would need a few hand drawn for the cross over of the legs I think. Right now it seems like the ai doesn't know what to do there and it has a noticeable blur. The back leg also bends more at the shin/ankle than the hip and that's making it a bit worse.

If the gif was in a higher resolution, I could give a better opinion on it. But initially, the interpolation for 16 and 32 frames looks pretty good.
