I just thought about how this might develop, and I kinda like the idea of a spin-off that takes place after the part of the story that ended on page 730. Since the protagonist only gave his customer the pill but didn't use it for the skin himself, the customer may have decided to not turn her back, have some fun, etc. Even if it's only for a small spin-off/storyline, I would kinda like it.
