Patch 0.14.2 for Ethereal Sunder

Here is a short patch for build 0.14 of Ethereal Sunder. This patch fixes the following problems:
Fixed: Calistia and Alf's sprites freezing after re-watching Alf scene 2 from the recollection room.
Fixed: When watching the new dancer job from the recollection room and selecting the choice that extends it, you will receive extra gold like it was the first time you saw the scene.
