Build 0.12 Early Access

Hello everyone!

I hope you all had a nice week.

Today is the release of build 0.12 for Ethereal Sunder.

This update has the next big section of the story. As some of you may know, this was meant to be added in the last update, but I decided to delay it to make some changes to the written since I felt some parts didn’t make much sense. I rewrote this whole scene and was quite satisfied with the results. I hope you like this new part of the story.

Also, a new erotic scene has been added. There were supposed to be two new scenes; however, some personal issues prevented us from completing the illustration for the second scene in time for today. We will continue working on the illustration as soon as possible, and when it is finished, I’ll add the second scene to this build as a patch.

Until then, I hope you enjoy the available scene. This new scene continues Eilayda's exploration with Alf and has something that I wanted to try for the first time: adding a choice selector during an erotic scene. Depending on whether you watched the scene from the Casino or not, you will be able to see Eilayda do something very bold during this new scene, so I recommend that you go to the casino before visiting Alf again.

 Besides these additions, I also implemented the last section in the ‘Essence Reflection,’ which contains a new seal that increases different stats and a new crystal you can break to get two potent skills: Winter Spirit, a powerful AOE attack that also heals you, but it costs a lot of MP and is only available once per battle; and Cold Aura, a passive aura that will insta-kill any enemy that touches you (who is not a boss) while exploring the prison district.

Both of these require a lot of mana to be unlocked, so be ready to spend the mana that you have been collecting thus far.
