Patch 0.10.4 for Ethereal Sunder

Here is another small patch for build 0.10 of Ethereal Sunder. This patch addresses the following problems:
Fixed: Multiple visual bugs in the Casino event.
Fixed: Alf's scene is unavailable after leveling up corruption to level 2.

Well, to be fair the scene is there. The problem was with the door to Alf's house. In any case, I'll upload a patch in a moment to fix the issue. Thank you for letting me know about it!
