Patch 0.9.1 and 0.8.3 for Ethereal Sunder.

This new patch for both builds 0.8 and 0.9 fixes the following issues:
- Fixed: The guard in the “Ex-administration hall” map gives 18 gold instead of taking it before letting you take the “Path of Strength” challenge.
- Fixed: Missing collision in the “Path of Strength - Zone W5” map.
