It was a little nerve wracking sitting in front of a microphone and talking to myself for this long, so I want to thank everyone who sent questions, even if they didn't make it in. I got a lot of good ones, and if this podcast is even slightly entertaining it's thanks to them. I do hope you enjoy this one, because if you do I can do this again sometime - and if not, I can promise to never do this again! It truly is a wonderful world of opportunity.
While I don't have a plan for the next podcast just yet, I will promise to have something else lined up, be it an in person or skype affair. Is it embarrassing to say skype instead of zoom now?

I won't lie, I have probably poured hundreds of hours worth relistening to these podcasts. My job allows me to have one earphone in, and I have spent a great majority of that time listening to your podcasts, and occasionally some of your videos as well. It's not so much that I feel an obsession towards your content, but moreso there's nothing as good out there that I can find. Thanks for the time you put into your content, even your old Mean Bean Machine podcasts have a timeless quality to them.

I made a little Gundam thing at the start of the year and I’ve had to change my identity three times to evade Bandai’s Copyright Enforcement Zakus hammering on my door. Lovely podcast, btw! 💜

2020-08-26 19:21:30 +0000 UTCOriginal Gundam isn't my favorite Gundam, but without it my actual favorite wouldn't have anywhere near as much meaning or staying power as it does. My favorite being Zeta, heavily building on everything you know already from the past series. Such a phenomenal work all around. Also, I relate with that bit about being afraid of taking up people's time like that. I have friends doing similar things as me, much more successful at it than me, and I'm sure if I'd ask they'd be more than willing to give me their time for whatever it is I'm doing. But there's really not much I could give in return, so I'd rather not rely on them too much.

2020-08-26 04:44:40 +0000 UTCIf you made some borders to put around the footage and shrank it down, then that'd be pretty effective at dodging the copyright detection system, especially if you add a slight animation to it, like a scrolling background pattern. Just an idea.
