Tier 3 update and new Tier 4
Added 2024-02-28 07:32:04 +0000 UTCI changed Tier 3 deleting the psd files part because I'm not uploading psd anymore, so it's pointless have this on the tier.
I'll open a new Tier 4 in case anyone wants BW sketches, just 2 slots
