New Slave, New Skills

There will be a new slave in the next version of the game, still very much a placeholder but I know that some people will enjoy this. She's black - and will probably get some unique scenes, just for fun.
There are also two new skills - Dance and Hand skill. They're pretty self-explanatory, but will make developing slaves a bit more interesting as you can actually focus hard on making a stripper and still make good money for example.
