Both have lots of facial animations changes. AliveCore also has extra buttons for the face effects. AliveUI v13 has the activities system and some other stuff I made for v12 which I skipped releasing earlier this month (it had some bugs and while trying to fix them ended up doing the activities logic and that turned into v13).
I'll try to release one of them a bit later this week based on the poll results.
