Hey folks, 

It's been a while since my last catch up with you, apologies, but I hope you've been doing well. 

We are currently on the tail end of Venus Retrograde. Yesterday I sought guidance from my Druid Tarot cards as to what to do with all of my current emotions and feelings, and how to get back on track towards positive momentum and to my highest self. The answer came in the form of Queen of Cups, which I will go on to describe in a moment.

Having a sensitivity to the world of feelings and dreams can mean having an open heart that needs to be tenderly taken care of. There is always an opportunity to follow your dreams when your heart is open and vulnerable, but you may need to be careful what energies and thoughts you allow to enter and stay in your being.

The message of inner exploration is key with this card, if you are feeling a call to meditate, go inward, and perhaps even delve into shadow work, then there could not be a better time to do so! 

The ways of the heart are sometimes difficult, and can test us to the limits, don't allow any emotional confusion to dampen your spirits or even to allow you to think you have taken a step backwards, instead spend some time quieting your mind so that you may revisit your reason and intuition more readily.
