Been a tough week, but a huge download of consciousness has been happening for me, what about you?
Know this:

Here's my best advice to those of you on this path:
Stay out of the cities as often as possible (but enjoy your time spent there if that is your present circumstance). Make friends with furry and feathered folk. Go for hikes. Let your bear feet touch the Earth as often as possible. And whatever you do, be your own best friend.
