Silence - Daily inspiration

Just wanted to start sharing some daily inspiration with you. Recently I've been noticing how quiet I've become in my mind because I've been practising not thinking about things that aren't positive or useful. Cutting out as much as I can that doesn't serve me.
A type of silence has erupted in my being and I feel contented by it. Although it may not last for long I hope to have this daily reminder to you and to myself today that it existed for a time.
