2017-11-27 12:36:50 +0000 UTCReally love your latest video Kim! Whilst watching you play and transition from the Fool to the Magician I had a little revelation! Many look at the Tarot as a selection of cards, each with an individual meaning or having a particular attribute which is associated only with that particular card. Yet if we delve a little deeper we will find that they are all but one card in transition from that of the fool, with its infinite potential, yet obliviousy naivety, much like a new born as you point out, through to the master of his/her own fate, becoming the embodiment of its higher self as the mage. Using this infinite potential of the aspect of the Fool, he/she can become what is needed to traverse & overcome the obstacles which are set out in the other Major Arcana. This is symbolised by the inclusion of the lesser arcana: pentacles, swords, cups & wands which are all present within the Mage card. Also, with the Rider Waite deck, and the cards of the Major Arcana are ordered to start with the Magician XXII & concluding with the Fool 0, symbolising rebirth and the ability to reverse or take control of our own lives and ultimately our destinies.
