Here is the final edit of the heart chakra meditation. I wanted you all to be the first to hear it. I am trying to create a video for it but i am still a little unsure as to what. Plus I won't get chance to post it this week now so the audio is attached to this post!
If I may say so, it sounds pretty epic, I'd love to hear your thoughts about this final recording. My friend has done an amazing job witht the binaural beats music. Just try taking an hour out of your day to do this meditation, I know thats a lot to ask what with this busy world we live in, but I promise you will feel renenewed :)
