Miss Synchronicity

I've been working on putting a mini video together with videos and pictures of my time here in New Zealand so far, but haven't been successful with it as of yet unfortunately. Therefore, I decided I would upload some pictures for you to look at for now instead. To those of you who are on the surprise emails tier or higher, I will have something sent along to you soon enough :)

Today I had the pleasure of visiting some 1000 year old caves and got to see some glowworms in the dark! It was spectacular, but unfortunately it was too dangerous to take my camera. Next week I plan to go to a place that sounds like the third chakra (Manipura) which is called Manapouri in NZ) and visit some LOTR scenes such as the Dead Marshes and the Anduin River, I cannot wait to take you along!!!

Until then, stay well my friends, and I cannot begin to thank you enough for your support each and every month, I feel so grateful everyday to receive your pledges, theres not really any words to express it.

P.S. I feel some strong synchronicites taking place for me here in NZ. I have gotten into a yogic routine of waking at 6:30am, yoga, going for a run, taking a cold shower and finally meditating in front of the fire. Its not always easy but its incredibly helpful for keeping my anxiety and difficult thoughts at bay. In fact, it feels like it is giving me the perfect tools to deal with the hardships of life. I hope you can find something as blissful in your day to take away the stresses of life :)
