The NATO Phonetic Callsign is entirely optional - but watch the video as it may interest you in how cool some of the NATO audio is and it would be a great opportunity for some of you to change up your callsigns to something new. Easy to install an easy to uninstall.

Now it doesn't mean that Better EMS mod is completely broken, but rather most are not using it these days. If More people requested this to be added with the BlueLine Dispatch, then perhaps I can add it in. I would just need to hear from the community. For example, I converted the audio for Coastal Callouts as I had a few people request it, turned out that literally only a few people wanted it and 99% never even use it :)
