I made the switch from the Traditional-to-Vector Method to a 100% Digital Method during Chapter 8's production. So Chapter 8 actually has two distinct Art Shifts - one from Chapters 7 to 8, and another from the earlier to later pages of Chapter 8. It's not super noticeable unless you look for it, but the 100% Digital pages have a more rounded feel to it than sharp and jagged.
When I still was using Traditional methods, the Danny and Vlad scene shown in the Sneak Peek was boarded with pen. Above you can see a comparison from the boards to the final.
Some changes made from concept-to-page was having Vlad grow an extra head to summon the thunder clouds instead of creating full clones (I thought it'd be creepier this way), and showing flashback panels from Chapters 1, 2, and 7 during Vlad's rant about Jack Fenton instead of a plain shot of him.
