How is RWBY not an anime, there is also the fact that there is a much more traditional anime version of RWBY Ice Queendom, because in the end RWBY is definitely a bit more of a mix of cartoon and anime but favours a lot more for the anime side, so the same argument could be made that RWBY is not a cartoon
