“A semi-sequel to my commission I previously got from you where Tali is inflating herself while taking a break from child-making. And due to the fact that she's had so many kids, and has obvious experience with stuffing herself, she's able to balloon so big her stomach looks like she has a clone of herself inside of it (that's a weird way to describe it but you made her really huge in that piece so I think it's still a nice reference)
ooh some more details I just thought of, have her wearing this dress with the pump/air tank tube going up her butt (again a weirdly specific/horny detail but I've always prefered it that way), and she's beckoning shepard over to come and "play" with his favorite "balloon"
