There are a number of short stories in this issue:
* Great-Grandma's Super Soldier Formula – Marie recklessly consumes an 80-year-old vial of the same serum that turned her great-grandmother into a superhero during World War II. The effects are somewhat different.
* Same Wish – A boyfriend and girlfriend have the same wish, that she become the strong one in the relationship. Sometimes wishes come true!
* Show Muscles – An online dating app match doesn't share her muscular physique, and her date, though surprised, is still confident he's stronger than her. She quickly educates him.
* Gym Clothes – A young woman's cousin mocks her gym habit and muscularity.
* A few other multi-page comics.
There are also two, ten-panel female muscle growth sequences in this issue.
Lots of female muscle art, including women demonstrating their greater strength than the men in their lives. There are also a few lift/carry pieces.
