IPA lens cloth mailing: put your address in this form if it's not already on Patreon

This email is about what happens next, including timelines where we have any control over them.

We are sending the IPA art to the printers this week to be printed onto lens cloths. This is the first time we’ll also see the finished product and we’re pretty excited! They estimate that it will take two-three weeks to print and ship the cloths. We’ll be using that time to make sure everyone’s mailing details are up to date, and getting all the shipping materials like stamps and envelopes together.

We’re grateful to have a team in the USA who are doing fulfillment, as this makes sending the lens cloths as speedy as possible for the largest number of our patrons. They’re scheduled to get fulfillment done by the first week of November (as long as everything arrives) and we’re hoping this means the majority of the lens cloths will make their way to you by the start of the holiday season.

We will be using the mailing address you have listed on Patreon (double-check your mailing address on Patreon here).

What if I don’t have my address on Patreon? What if I have the wrong address on Patreon?

That’s totally ok, you can use this online form to share your address with us by Wed, October 12. We will not share it with Patreon.

What if I want to send the lens cloths to another address/person?

You’re very kind! You can put the name and address of someone else using this online form, again by Wed, October 12.

Please note, if you’re at the Ling-phabet tier or higher and receiving multiple cloths, we can only send them all to a single address.

What if I am just happy supporting Lingthusiasm and don’t want anything in the mail?

Thanks! You can let us know using this online form and we won’t try and chase you up again. Or, if you don't get us your address by Wed, October 12 after the reminder email, we will assume that you don't want one. 

What if my country has specific requirements regarding mail?

Our online address update form includes a section at the end where you can add any information that the mailing team should consider when sending you mail.
