This does feel like it might be the season where Rick and Morty jumps the shark.

Hasn't fully fallen into the Doctor Who "won't someone please put this out of its misery" category but we all know what it used to be. This episode is clearly trying to be in the vein of the Atlantis mix up without understanding the elements that made that episode great. None of that knocks your reaction which as always is the icing on top. And for some reason I got more of a kick out of the battling dice than I should have. And a gorgeous use of Tori Amos - knocked and then exalted

2025-06-10 21:11:53 +0000 UTCAction movie style episode. A mashup of various action movies like John Wick and James Bond. It was ok for what it was. Not a lot of depth to it though.
