About Patreon's ban and my Vacations

Many of you must have noticed my account was suspended and being reviewed yesterday.
I was asked by Patreon's staff to delete posts that depict celebrities being in a sexual context.
I argued that these were all fictional characters, not the celebrities themselves, but that didn't fly.
So you'll notice my feed now has about 10% of the posts that it used to have. I had lots of messages to reply to after sending the rewards but was unable to send messages or post anything during this brief period, I'll try to catch up with those today. Thankfully though, I was able to lift the ban. It's very important to me to be able to stay in touch with you guys, to communicate how things are going to be, especially if I have to change the way I deliver my content so you know where to find me/it. I'm currently only actively posting in "X" (@TheNinjartist) and Gumroad apart from here. Should anything happen to my Patreon account in the future you will surely find info about me there.
On a separate note, I've already mentioned this when sending the rewards a few days ago but I will be taking most of August off due to being burnt out. I wanted to mention it here too for any newcomers to be aware of it as well. I plan to make 1 pic on my return before the 5th of September and dedicate the rest of the month to finishing SOD. I'll be away on a trip too so I won't be connected as much. I guess I will seize the chance to think about how I will proceed with my posts/content from now on given the circumstances with Patreon guidelines. Don't worry though, one way or another I'll make my content available to you guys.

Anything linking to or from patreon is under their jurisdiction according to them. So if his hentai foundry site has a link to patreon, even if he never mentions or links to it FROM patreon... anything they deem offensive there can result in a ban here.

Also I think others here are onto something. I prefer patreon but it has only gotten worse for certain creators so might be worth starting the subscribestar to be prepared for the worst.

Patreon has been going full scorched earth on this front, and in the same way that i've seen some other patreons get disappeared quietly in the night, i wager yours is not far from that fate. Their eyes are on you, and if you read deep into their eula, they can ban you for ANY content not on patreon, but linked to or from patreon. So have a link to patreon on hentai foundry and have a single pic on the foundry that violates patreon? They can ban you. Link to your twitter from patreon, and have the same picture but no link back to patreon? Doesn't matter. They can ban you. All pages and all content linked TO and FROM patreon is beholden to their rules. So were i you, find a new home BEFORE the vacation. Second, be a good sport and get some kind of completely locked in, separate from patreon line of communication open between you and the people that ponyed up the money for the book. At a minimum, beyond whatever happens with the pages, you still have that obligation to get that book out to the people that paid for it. Hope the vacation and burn out goes well, heals well, and seriously, compared with some of the other pages i've seen nuked i'm shocked it took them this long to take a stab at you again.

I'm happy to support, and no offense, but I never understood why people that make content of an adult nature, beyond a little nudity, use Patreon when there are alternatives friendly to it. Patreon are quite hostile to it and have been for years.
