I imagined many would feel that way, but the thing is that I skipped the actual sex part on purpose because there are not many ways of showing that while also showing the human part of the centaur, and then It could be taken as "bestiality." Something that I personally wouldn't do, but it's also prohibited here on Patreon. The line is already quite thin with the centaur, although I'm sure centaurs, being sentient beings, do not qualify as animals.
