I assumed it would be fairly straight forward (as straight forward as it gets with importing hair) but this time it's just not usable. Tried several hacky solutions and all of them look like absolute dogshit, so the only option remaining is to remake the hair from scratch.
That involves learning xgen, which I've wanted to do anyway, but it will take some time obviously. It won't even guarantee success because VAM and custom hair are like water and oil. So...

AK. Halfway done, still needs texture blending and then actually importing everything to VAM and packing it. We're getting there. Really need some sleep now though, but I should get it done today barring unforeseen circumstances.
