The first archive has the .vac with her look, in the second you'll find the following assets: the Tachikoma, her weapons, the visor, a VTOL aircraft and a Blackhawk.
Also it turns out that saving a package does not save the clothing as well, so I've attached that separately. After you've extracted that archive the scene should load with clothing automatically.

I, falsely, assumed that saving a package would save literally everything in the scene, but apparently that is not the case. Gonna upload Sheva's stuff after I've cleaned up the imports, I don't wanna put /that/ directory structure on you guys. Sorry about that.
