現代に転移したしのぶは、大企業の社長秘書として働いていた。

プールサイドの照明が、夜の水面を不気味に照らしていた。

濡れた髪をかき上げながら、しのぶは腹をそっと押さえる。

静寂の奥で、水音とは違う“何か”が近づいてくる――
