笑顔の裏に、七草真由美は鋭い視線を隠していた。

「彼らを味方につけなければ…」

乾杯の直前、誰かのささやきが耳元で凍りつくように響く──

「ここからが本番だ」

②「おじさんと…」

夜の街に、制服をまとった真由美の姿があった。

隣を歩く年上の男、その距離は不自然に近い。

行き交う視線を感じながらも、彼女は小さく微笑み、

「……これくらい、平気よね」と呟く。

その笑顔の奥に、誰にも見せない決意と、ほんの少しの震えが潜んでいた──

③「診察室にて…」

薄いカーテンの向こうからかすかな足音。

診察台に座る真由美は、手をお腹に添えたまま微かに震えていた。

「……本当に大丈夫なんですよね？」

白い壁に反響する彼女の声。医師の無表情と、ドアの向こうの気配が、病院という安全な空間を一瞬で不穏に変えていく。

まるで何かを隠すかのように、検査室のモニターにはぼやけた数値が映し出されていた――

Behind her smile, Saegusa Mayumi hid a sharp gaze.

"I have to get them on my side..."

Just before the toast, someone whispered, chillingly in her ear:

"This is where the real action begins."

② "With the old man..."

Mayumi, clad in her school uniform, was spotted in the city at night.

An older man was walking next to her, their distance unnatural.

Even as she felt the gazes of the people passing by, she smiled softly,

"...This much is fine, right?" she murmured.

Behind that smile lay a hidden determination and a slight trembling.

③ "In the examination room..."

Faint footsteps could be heard from behind the thin curtain.

Mayumi sat on the examination table, hands resting on her stomach, trembling slightly.

"...Are you sure you're okay?"

Her voice echoed against the white walls. The doctor's expressionless face and the presence on the other side of the door instantly transform the safe space of the hospital into an ominous one.

As if hiding something, blurry numbers were displayed on the monitor in the examination room.
