It's not just the big epic fighting/action you'd expect, there's a second, very psychological layer as well that's somewhat unexpected. Like, it's super interesting and fitting, but not what I'm used to with Battle Shonen Final Battles? The whole mind meld thing has turned out so cool! And it's a lot less solitary, too, I guess? It's not really Shigaraki vs Deku, not only anyway. It's much more AfO/Shigaraki vs the nine OfA holders/Bakugou. I can't really think of an other example of the same kind, like normally, I think it would be moreso one-on-one match-ups? And, well, the holders were always compared to the Past Avatars a lot, but it's turned out quite differently, they are much more active participants...

I already spoke at length about music in anime, but I’ll have more to say next episode. In addition to the well used existing motifs, there’s also been so much incredible new music this season. No surprise of course, Yuki Hayashi has always delivered, and I can’t wait to hear more of his music as I get deeper into Haikyuu (still in season 1 at the moment). I need to go catch up on your Orb videos now, which I’ve fallen behind on recently. So I’m actually kinda glad the last episode has taken a while. Plus, I need time to finalize some of my thoughts on it anyway.

Honestly it's tough to rank the seasons cause I've only seen the show once and I think the first 4 seasons I watched all at once, so a lot of it runs together. I'm very slowly doing a partial rewatch through my videos. When I finish that and the show I'll do a Q&A and I'll hopefully have more insight on the show as a whole :D

2025-11-25 02:37:28 +0000 UTCI think what you mentioned at around 22:40 is a core difference between all might and Deku, Yes All Might was an Amazing hero, the number one hero but he can still be criticized, he held it all on his shoulders alone bearing the burden and Deku himself tried to shoulder it all but his friends help him realize that its not good to do it that way and you're right AFO capitalized on All Mights way and it's how we got here. All Might even Killed AFO in the past, but Deku is doing everything he can to save Shigaraki and you said fighting to save him is not a battle a lot of people would fight, and you're correct that's what makes the difference between the number one hero and The Worlds Greatest hero who saves everyone with a smile

2025-11-25 02:35:24 +0000 UTCIve been enjoying watching this final season of Mha and its nice to finally have people saying its good, for the longest time from like s3 to s5 people were calling the show mid and now its getting some of the highest ratings, granted people are using this show now jus to clown on One Punch Man s3 xD but its nice that people are actually satisfied with the content we're receiving altho ive been a big fan of mha and never stopped liking it, even s4 and s5 the "worst seasons" i still enjoyed a ton. Ive been keeping up with the sub tho and let me tell u, ur in for a treat one of the later episodes might lowkey be one of the best anime episodes ever, enough said. Now that we are close to the end tho wat are ur favorite mha seasons? For me its S1>S8>S7>S6>S4>S2>S5>S3 this list is subject to change at any moment but this is wat i would say for rn.
