The meme edit surprised me. You should try more stuff like that in the future. Take risks. Be creative.

Those subtle things do make big difference. I'm gonna chalk it up to just difficulties in adapting for screen. I was also thinking about that during the museum scene. It's great that they adapted it. It's one of the scenes that stands out the most in my mind. But there's something different about playing it, going through the various stations, hearing the different dialogue... I don't even know if it's possible to translate that

I’m a little later than I’d planned, as I was finishing my replay of the game, and it’s good timing as there’s a lot I’d like to say about that last scene. First off, while I think in general the episode was far from bad, I am kinda baffled at some of the massive changes from the game. The show did a couple things here. It moved the part where Ellie confronts Joel to that scene at the end of the episode, whereas in the game it was a separate flashback where Ellie ran off back to the hospital, both seeking answers herself and knowing Joel would follow. The confrontation was similar enough, a bit more emotional in the show, but notably did NOT contain the line about trying to forgive, nor the line about Joel saying he’d do it all again. This came later during the scene we got in the show, which was pretty much the same as the game minus the confrontation. However, the biggest difference is that the scene is actually at the very end of the game, long after all of Abby’s stuff. And despite my grievances with the execution of the game’s ending, (which I’ll talk about whenever season 3 rolls around) I think it was a very well placed and excellent scene in general. I also prefer the game’s placement of the “trying to forgive” line, as I think it makes a lot more sense for that to have been something Ellie would say after some time stewing on the truth of Salt Lake Hospital. Also, I didn’t mention it then, because I hadn’t gotten there in the game, but the whole scene at the New Years Eve party was also saved for near the end, though not at the very end like the other scene. So maybe you can see my confusion at such a massive switch up for reasons I honestly can’t really understand.

Thanks! I caught it

Just wanted to let you know that episode 8 of MHA Vigilantes has an after credits scene.

Wow thank you

After the museum Ellie was looking at fireflies, she thought of the group of people called fireflies and how she doesn't feel like Joel was telling the full truth about what happend to them.
