The author actually stated on Twitter after this Breaktime released that this is the reason he doesn’t write too many archbishops in a scene together very often. He talked as if the archbishops have minds of their own on the page and he can’t control them 😭

It was great you got to watch them with their corresponding episodes. And yeah, these are all canon, and did happen in the novel, it’s just with the adaptation you gotta pick and choose want to adapt in the main anime. Only “non-canon” one was the Al Breaktimes, but the only difference is that the OG scene happened in S3 instead of S1, otherwise it’s canon. Once again, Otto is the MC of Breaktime. I love the different sides we get to see of him, both positive and negative. It’s the counterbalance of his personality, and makes him just such a compelling character. Infinite torment in the life of Petra. Getting dragged around by this elf girl? But nah, I actually really do like that she seems to be coming around to Roswaal. It’s a subtle thing, but with how observant she seems to be, I think it makes sense. Roswaal isn’t exactly the most open guy, so it’s the little things you gotta notice. It’s also a contrast between Otto’s continual distrust of him. Maybe that causes friction in the future? But yeah, I love all these. Fun, but still have stuff to chew on. I also love getting to see more Ram of course, almost a whole season without best girl was torture. Once again, awesome thoughts as always, and thanks for going on this journey! I’ll obviously be back for S4, and i’m sure I’ll be in the comments of other shows in the future, and if you decide to do a Q&A.

It doesn't matter if no one is replying as long as he gets to keep flapping his gums about himself. Perfectly in character.

He calls Betty Beako unprompted (idk if we ever see Subaru call her that infront of Al even) and she says only Subaru can call her that just like the last episode where he does it again. His response right before the episode ends is "Yeah I know. All too well." in a somber tone. Why does Al know only Suabru calls her Beako so well and why does he seem somber about it? A less valid thing but still of note in the next episode he looks at his shoulder seeing Emilia, Subaru, and Betty having fun. Almost longingly maybe? Still think Al is a "failed" looper who maybe was supposed to save his own silver haird woman whether thats a Emilia, a Echidna, or Satella. And his timeline got reset and Subaru was shoved into it or perhaps he saved himself somehow at the end of his line. Either way more Mystery if he is truly a alternate Subaru or another person who was supposed to be like Subaru.

Btw i wanted to tell you this last time but i forgot, there is actually a 1 minute teaser trailer for ReZero season 4 and theres a s4 poster aswell, those are worth checking out until the real thing comes out in like a year. Also for the last time, u gotta fix the rezero collection!! Remove the Assasinations Classroom episode 16 from the ReZero collection. Very slothful man...what would Echidna think of ur betrayal? xD
