Every time I see a new upload of this show I always think you should react to "Classroom of the Elite" but i always forget to comment it (unleast i already did and dont remember xD) today is the day, watch it please, it would be veeeery interesting to see your takes on that show

I remember in early high school I had a hard time if my friend groups mixed or if there were multiple people present that I had individual relationships with. It made me uncomfortable because (I realized later) I was unconsciously altering how I presented myself to each person based on what I thought would make them like me. So I felt paralyzed when those converged. It's crazy to think about now!

I'll just summarize the points: S1E11, Shiro (Cloak guy) looks at Kayano (the shot is framed like he's looking at Nagisa to throw us off) and says something like 'interesting class you got.' We see later in this ep that he recognized her. S1E14 Pool Episode (shown in this ep): She's not swimming since water is the tentacle's weakness. S2E2: Pudding episode (Shown in this ep as well): She says 'not even your close friends can see your true blade. I've got all kinds of jiggly weapons.' You think jiggly cause of the pudding but she's also referring to the tentacles she has. S2E6: Daycare ep: The kids note that she's really good at acting, reflecting her background as an acting prodigy. The kids also wanted her to act last episode in the play cause she was so good, but she declined. There's also a foreshadowing in an OVA, but I won't spoil in case you watch those (I have no idea where any of them are.) Kayano was often one of the students focused on in promotional art (Usually consisted of Koro-sensei, Nagisa, Karma, and Kayano with a bunch of other students but the 3 stick out cause of the colored hair), but Kayano felt like a background character throughout the show that everyone thought was gonna be Nagisa's love interest and nothing more, and we see here that it was literally on purpose.

At least I remember it was around this age that I began to understand that someone's personality to your face can be totally different when they are with a different group, and that doubt of how much of that persona when they are with you is real.

2025-05-15 02:03:16 +0000 UTCOmg waiting for next weeks episodes is gonna be a bitch I know it, about her age I'm pretty sure she's the same age as the rest of them since she was a young child prodigy actor before all this happened, i don't really have much to say about this episode because I feel like it's pretty cut and dry to see what's happening and I know you're able to pick up on the under lying tones regarding kayano's feelings and her motives I guess
