2025-03-16 02:30:59 +0000 UTC@5:45 that āthingā was a character called āTek Jacketā from the comics that the showrunners havenāt been able to fully license yet so they havenāt been able to include him other than this episodeās brief flashes (another one of those kind of ācouldnāt be included so farā characters is Captain Brit, the buff leader-like guy in blue & red sending the other heroes into the portal later, heās the one referred to when Cecil tells Donald to āgo meet up with Britā and seen by their sides a few more times throughout the episode)

2025-03-16 02:19:47 +0000 UTCI think you're relying too much on how our world functions on a fundamental level, versus a fictional one. In a world/universe (or even multiverse for this example) like the Invincible one, it's possible to make things work in any way the writer's see fit. One could make the argument that the drone's force is more powerful, either by the way their powered or by the way they're crafted. There's a very real possibility that other universes have stronger materials, or can make the materials stronger. Even if this is not the case, we don't know how they're controlled or how much power is used to move them around. Additionally, the multiple different Invincibles maybe weren't entirely aware of how Angstrom could use the drones and the portals. Not to mention it's well established that Angstrom is an extremely intelligent person. He wouldn't allow himself to be easily beaten, even if the drones weren't part of his arsenal. Yes, this is a lot to just accept, but I think it's fair to say that these details are pretty inconsequential.

2025-03-16 01:36:22 +0000 UTCIt sounds messed up but itās good for Oliver to see people very similar to himself hurt/kill the innocent. When the argument of killing problematic super villains is brought up, it has ground and cannot be dismissed out of hand. So for Oliver to see what his kind of strength can do to the surroundings is massive because he hasnāt fought anyone strong enough were he could cause that damage, day to day criminals go down in 1 to 2 hits. But seeing what happens when you are on closer footing and the damage carelessness can cause

2025-03-15 13:41:17 +0000 UTCyah the superhuman heroes that are also apart of humanity lol

2025-03-15 13:39:17 +0000 UTChumanity was able to take down 10 of the 18 invincibles Humanity did not. The superhuman heroes did.

2025-03-15 11:44:13 +0000 UTCThat guy you said was One Punch Man is actually a Saitama parody named Two Punch Man.

2025-03-15 07:56:44 +0000 UTCI wish you had the subtitles on for this. The names of each parallel universe Mark were shown when they spoke, my personal favourites were Hoodvincible and Omni-Invincible.

2025-03-15 07:49:25 +0000 UTCNow, I'm no doctor, BU~UUT, something tells me you can't really "do" anything when your brain is the equivalent of potato mash and, also, spilled on the ground and not inside your cranium. Of course Rex died. Didn't you hear the song that started playing? Dead giveaway. AHAHAHAHA WHAT WRITING. They destroyed the world, killed majority of heoes.... defeating by a drone push I know keeping up with powerlevels is hard if you're not that invested in the work but think about it. Mark punched a launched nuclear missile. He 1v2 two other Invincibles. How are simple drones pushing him an issue? AND! AND! These drones actually do damage on his body. Which means that, you know what else would? BULLETS. Both use kinetic force but bullets are both faster than the drones and have a more lethal, penetrating shape Alt-cibles.... beaten by deus ex drone Armstrong... put on ice by Cenobite wannabes Isn't this anti-climactic?

2025-03-15 07:33:41 +0000 UTCThe immediate realisation of where Rex is gonna end up this episode is literally the same way it happened to me "NOOO SHUT UP DON'T SAY YOU'RE SATISFIED WITH YOUR LIFE!" š

2025-03-15 07:11:20 +0000 UTCBut Iām glad they didnāt put Spawn here, cause if they killed him like they did in the comics that would be a major disservice to Spawn and he would solve so many world ending events of the Invincible unifiers.

2025-03-15 07:06:55 +0000 UTCThe fact that humanity was able to take down 10 of the 18 invincibles even if a lot of them were pre training arc strength is actually really impressive, also this part of the comic apparently had a lot of cameos like the wolfguy was Spawn in the comics but they couldnt get the rights and I think TechJacket (the iron man looking guy) is from another comic book Rob Kirkman wrote.

2025-03-15 06:54:50 +0000 UTCThat āthingā that was in space fighting āMoustache Markā and beat him is named Tech Jacket, donāt want to spoil much about him but letās just say that heās one of the most powerful beings in the Invincible universe and keep an eye on him because he will be a much bigger player in the future .

2025-03-15 06:05:25 +0000 UTCYou might wanna turn the subtitles on for next episode, thereās some fire dialogue especially from Conquest and sometimes itās easy to miss stuff with how action packed this show is. But if subtitles arenāt your thing itās cool š¤š»
Seth
2025-03-15 04:53:37 +0000 UTCThe variance in the alternate Marks abilities really demonstrates how training provided a tangible benefit. In addition though, many stories with half blood heroes show that the human side of their heritage is important to their strength. It's hard to say whether the story is going to lean more into the power of hard work or the power of human emotion but both seem to be fueling Mark.

2025-03-15 03:20:31 +0000 UTCYeah that was my misunderstanding, the mustache is too powerful
Alex G
2025-03-15 02:22:11 +0000 UTCIdk if I was misunderstanding what you said but, angstrom didn't recruit a omni man, there's just a mark with a vilkrimite mustache and one that had a costume like omni man
