2024-06-19 13:59:36 +0000 UTCYeah he did condemn them for killing random people before he ever learned that Kurapika was the chain user when he yelled at Nobunaga during their arm wrestling match

2024-04-02 16:58:03 +0000 UTCHypocrite is a stretch, that would imply that he murders random people which he does not. Also, did Gon condemn chrollo for murdering people? I don’t recall that. I recall Gon asking chrollo how he can kill people that have nothing to do with him which is a perfectly reasonable question. Gon got mad at the phantom troupe for not recognizing the desire of other troupe members to save a friend. The only reason why he had animosity towards the troupe to begin with is because of his desire to help Kurapika-the person whose entire family was massacred by the troupe.

2024-03-05 23:21:54 +0000 UTCFunnily enough I think the first 10 years of school are how we usually level up our ability to level up. While the information and knowledge itself you learn at school often isn't overly useful in real life, we learn how to acquire and process information from text and other media on our own. I always held by the belief that it isn't important exactly WHAT you learn in school, but that you learn HOW to learn and retain information. Whiiich is also why I did not do very well in college, where that knowledge of how to acquire information is just a given and my supposedly intelligent but school-slacking ass couldn't keep up, hah. Now, how to concentrate on raising your ability to level up after school is a much more difficult question, though I think language is a huge part of that. You level up by acquiring skill and experience, which both are much easier to come by if you speak the language those skills are written in, whether it's a programming language to be able to work a broad field of IT jobs or English to follow and comment on your favourite reactor's Patreon so you might gain some insight from them ;)

2024-03-04 10:31:36 +0000 UTCWhen debating morality in hxh its always good to remember that time when we tortured a murderer for one week for personal gain s2 s2

2024-03-02 22:41:16 +0000 UTCSince you mentioned Sailor Moon, if you weren't already aware, Togashi is married to the author of Sailor Moon, meaning Bisky's design is about as much of a reference as anything could be. While in this case it's a bit extreme, the basic idea behind Bisky's teaching style is one that I love. Take the part at the end where the boys discovered Shu. It would have been easy for Bisky to just explain what Shu is, but she instead gives them a task that she knows has a very good chance of them figuring it out on their own. That natural discovery often comes with a much better understanding of the thing you're trying to learn.

2024-03-02 09:51:39 +0000 UTCThere's really no difference between Hisoka's and Bisky's rhetoric about the boys. The only thing that sets Bisky apart is that she's cute.

2024-03-02 05:44:38 +0000 UTCWow thank you! I appreciate it ☺️ Re: Zero is a must watch for me, I have a feeling it will be this year. Freiren is coming up a lot in the post I made asking for recommendations! I definitely want to watch that as well, I'm trying to figure out if I can add more videos to the schedule to do everything I want to do in a timely fashion.

2024-03-02 05:09:21 +0000 UTCMaybe the real treasure was the useless language trivia we learned along the way. Either way don’t stop sharing it.

2024-03-02 04:49:42 +0000 UTCI just wanted to say that you are the only creator that I donate to. I really love your thoughtful insight, interesting life stories, and unique perspective in your videos. You have reacted to a lot of shows in my top 5/10 including FMAB, ATLA, Arcane, and now HxH. I hope you get to re:zero eventually. It is a great show with fantastic characters, writing, and great dialogue. Another good show that recently jumped up into my favorites is Frieren. Some of the best character writing I have seen and refreshingly good-natured(which you can't really find in western media anymore). Also it is really popular right now and could help you in the algorithm(although I'm not sure if you're the type that cares a lot about that). Thank you for the videos and looking forward to more.

2024-03-02 04:26:49 +0000 UTCIt's good to know when it's a direct nod to something and when it's a coincidence 😁

2024-03-02 04:07:46 +0000 UTCGon is hard for me to predict in the stances he takes on things. It's extra bad / funny that whatever stance he takes you just have to accept because of his insane willpower
Alex G
2024-03-02 04:06:45 +0000 UTCIndeed, Togashi apparently liked the Edward Scissorhands movie quite a lot. The Binolt character's name is a clip one of the producer's names (Denise De Novi), written backwards in Japanese. 😀 It's been a while since I've had language trivia this patently useless to share, haha.

2024-03-02 03:12:47 +0000 UTCGon is a bit hypocritical, he condemned Chrollo and the troupe for murdering random people but he is all smiles with the serial killer Binolt just because Binolt is useful to them.

2024-03-02 02:37:51 +0000 UTCHonestly, Bisky reminded me a lot of Izumi Curtis from FMAB, except for the fact that she seems to also be a complete menace to society.

2024-03-02 02:35:48 +0000 UTCTricked into Child labor lol, You could call them minors. There is good joke In gravity falls' we don't serve miners, idk if this is known joke.
