About new YCH's coming (its long please read)

So wanted to talk more about the YCH's I want to bring back and how I see it working.
The big difference with these ones will be no backgrounds, this lets me make these a lot faster while still giving people what they want on time and not overworking myself as that was a bit of the problem last time, bit off way more then I could chew and quickly got overwhelmed and I didn't want to cut corners on the art and have it suffer for it.

So for these pics here this is what I'm envisioning how these can look (granted these were more quick and not fully done as they are just example like no editing or cleaning up of course your YCH's will have all that) this is more of a show at how they will look with no background just png style.
Also when it comes to stuff like dick alts cum alts messy alts pricings on or off and other additions that will most likely be on a case by case bases its ok to ask for it but its not an instant will do, just depends on how much work it will be.

Another BIG thing I have been thinking about with bringing these back is how it will fit into the current tier system, now none of this is final and I want to hear your feed back but how I'm thinking about doing this is having these for a reward in the gold tier and you will be able to get 1 per month, I will then make a big collage of all the pics and post them at the end of the month so we can all see what was made (dont worry I wont name names and if you really dont want yours posted dont worry just ask and I wont).
the big thing here is that to balance it out I'm considering taking out the Commission discount for Gold members.

Now the reason I'm thinking this is I really haven't been doing a lot of commissions lately so lots of people haven't really been able to take advantage of that and that's on me I've been really slack on doing commissions of late and I dont think people should be paying for something they just cant use and instead of waiting forever for me to be open for a commission this way you can get a pic every month from me and it wont feel like your waiting for nothing.
