Do you remember the time that Vandal and NJ were tied up together and the only way that they could escape was to cause enough friction to cause a spark and ignite their bindings?
Well, it didn't happen. You're suffering from the Mandela Effect!* We all must be suffering from it! Because here's this fabulous animation crafted by Gene Lightfoot, and yet it never happened in any of our comics.
Think about it... who would tie up these two together? The enemy of these enemies would be one of their friends... so it wouldn't happen! Unless it's a rift from another dimension. Or maybe Gene just wanted it to happen?
It's a mystery that we're happy to have to ponder about!
