We interrupt our usually scheduled comic book with this special broadcast!
For this week only, we’re thrilled to present the inaugural launch of the two page mini-comic My Boyfriend is a Superhero: Off the Books #6 - Money Shot! As always, it’s written by Patrick Fillion, but this special episode is illustrated by none other than Lex Mason!
This fantastic comic represents Lex’s debut in the Class Comics Universe! Hopefully this is the first project of many more to come. He’s a talented (Canadian!) artist who’s illustrated innumerable pop characters in his own distinctive and classy style.
Recently he’s expanded his artistic repertoire to include sequential art. Not one to shy from a challenge, he dove right in and illustrated an entire graphic novel! Sidekicks, by Dale Lazarov and Lex Mason, can be found on Amazon!
You can imagine that he was chomping at the bit to stroke his digital quill on both Felix and Byron, and we were happy to unleash him upon them!
We’re sure that you’ll find he hasn’t let us down in the slightest. He’s perfectly captured our perpetually poor duo in another madcap effort to raise a bit of cash!
