Remember That Time Class Comics Tried to INVADE Your Local Comic Shop?! (2007 Edition!)

Hey Classmates!

OMG, you guys, remember 2007?! The glorious era of printed comics, when we were all flipping through pages and geeking out over our favorite heroes every Wednesday? And speaking of heroes... remember when Class Comics tried to make a splash in your local comic shop?!

That's right, way back when, we were on a mission to bring sexy men to the masses! We were all about making Class Comics impossible to miss, especially for those with a taste for adventure and a whole lotta eye candy.

So, what did we do? Well, first off, we snagged the FRONT PAGE COVER of Previews Adult Magazine a bunch of times! We were shouting our love for gay comics from the rooftops (or, at least, the magazine racks). You can see a bunch of those covers here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/look-back-at-in-113501444

But we didn't stop there! Oh no, we went BIG. We created these awesome "shelf talkers" that store owners could just slap onto their shelves. Think of them as little beacons of hotness, guiding you straight to the Class Comics goodness.

We even made posters! Three versions, in fact, ready to be hung proudly in comic shop windows. One of them? Because we're all about inclusivity, was translated into French! "Class Comics - En Vente ici!" How chic is that?!

We have no idea how many of those signs actually made it up, but we like to imagine a few wide-eyed teens stumbling upon them, finally feeling seen and represented. Maybe, just maybe, we made someone's day a little brighter, a little more fabulous.

So, here's to 2007, to printed comics, and to the time Class Comics tried to take over the world (or at least your local comic shop)! We might not have conquered the universe, but we sure had a blast trying.
