I hadn't listened to what is like for me... so at the conclusion of this I went to the comments of that audio. I so moved that every person who shared a personal detail of what it was like for them was represented. Every person. That level of inclusion, normalization, and validation is so precious and rare. I also contemplated for a long while how many women listening felt a sense of safety...of hope for what could be, of what sex was created to be. 1 in 4 women in the United States is a victim of some form of sexual assault. 1 in 6 the victim of completed rape. That's only what's reported... so it's estimated the real number is likely double that. Hearing request for consent (repeatedly on the few I've listened to) laughter, playfulness, tenderness and value of partner experience is pretty profound. I agree there is provision of safe sexual experience, but I believe there is also space for healing and hope. I'm not one to comment publically... but applying the statistics across this audience of women (at least responses I've seen have been women) it was worth acknowledging. So thank you A for bolstering courage, and thank you Matthew going beyond making a buck or simply an outlet for creativity by putting genuine care and humanity out into the world.

They are always creative, engaging, and even a learning opportunity (think jewelseed pods aka shy plant).
