Art asset update 28 has all of the links for the older updates and they seem to be in working condition. I just tried them. But I really should start including them in the new art asset updates as well.

2019-01-26 00:59:23 +0000 UTCYeah, you could use photoshop like IdarksoulsI already mentioned. A lot of image editor software support psd's. If you're looking for a free one you could try something like Krita or Gimp.
