It's Wednesday.

Hey there,

I'm sorry if I've gone a bit quiet. I'm certain some, if not all of you, have seen some of the recent updates on a place I've called home, r/GoneWildAudio. If not, I'll elaborate as much as I can.

When I decided to "take this Patreon thing more seriously", it was because I didn't want my self-written work to be overshadowed in a sea of content. GWA only seemed to get bigger and more creators were popping up daily with exciting content that the sub seemed to love. I took a bit to step back at the end of last year to reassess and think about what I wanted to do with 2022. I decided that I wanted to go all in, I'll be more routine with my posting, I'll write more, and I'd still contribute to the place that had given me so much.

With the recent developments of GWA and how it's become a frankly, dangerous place for creators, with harassment, targeting and doxxing happening daily, it has given me pause as to what I continue to want out of this hobby.

This might be reading like a farewell, but I don't want it to feel that way. As much as it is a very scary moment, this Patreon page has been a huge comfort to me and a way for me to express myself that once felt really daunting.

I'm taking a week or so to rest and gather my thoughts.

LSI has delivered 3 scripts to me that I've yet to read but feel very eager to record. Each day that goes by, my energy has ups and downs but today felt more up than down.

This will be a process, and I hope you all stick with me as you have already.

Thank you as always.

I've seen bits and pieces but honestly have kept mostly away from all that stuff. But I know it's affecting some of my favourite creators like you and AudioHarlot. It really, really sucks. So take all the time you need, we'll be here ready to support you when you're back <3
