Photoshop Crapped Itself

Okay, so... this is a thing.

I waited four days before posting this, hoping the issue would resolve itself. I kept hoping that a patch or update would make this issue go away, but thus far that hasn't happened.

I finally got access to a legit copy of the entire Adobe CC suite, and thus far I had been extremely happy with it. I've even been considering making animations again for the first time in nearly a decade! Of course, Photoshop has been the main software I've been using, and while I had to adapt to its newest foibles (the way they changed the pen tool and its versatility is incredibly obnoxious, for instance), it had been working out great!

However, things have taken a downward turn, hence the lack of posts. Really frustatingly, I keep getting this error message while opening CC Photoshop. 

This has popped up before, but it had previously been resolved by just updating either my drivers, or Adobe CC itself. But this time, nothing I do makes Photoshop work properly anymore. It's stuck like, and I can't fix the thing no matter what I check or what I update.

Good news is, I can still use Photoshop, it's just lacking some of its most useful functionality, including the ability to rotate the canvas smoothly -- a tool I'd stated to rely on, and one of the things which has allowed my art to improve recently.

In order to restore CC to how it should be, I may need to update to Windows 11. Unfortunately, my current PC can't run Win11. I might have to buy an entirely new PC (and given the projects I plan to work on, it'll have to be a good one). I really can't afford that right now.

So for now, I'm having to rely on a kinda-crappy Photoshop which doesn't work as well as it should, since none of the freeware I have tried has even come close to being as good. Not a huge deal, but it's slowing things down significantly.
