First of the month

Unlike previous months, I am implementing a new rule: I must receive your request before the 10th otherwise you forfeit it for the month. Not to sound mean or anything, but it is extremely frustrating and causes a lot of problems for me when I receive new work I wasn't expecting on like the 20th of the month. So please do not dawdle if you're planning on getting a request.
