I've added the s97 slot version (Eccentric.06.18.2021). While s97 is the official slot, the personality in slot 131 is likely never going to be released to the public, so you can pick your poison.

2021-05-04 18:37:53 +0000 UTCI think the files are incorrect? I downloaded it twice to double check I didn't grab the wrong one. They overwrite the ones for whimsical and whimsical is still showing in the editor. Unless I'm missing something.
