2020-01-12 23:34:12 +0000 UTCLooking for help: I downloaded my paid files via .zip from MEGA because .zip always worked for me until now, but this time the images were not readable. So I attempted to delete the .zip files and download them via My CloudDrive instead, (which seems to have worked), but now that the images from the .zip folders are erased, the folders themselves are apparently undeletable and empty. Every time I try to delete them, I get a half-second of a loading bar, but then the folders never vanish. Does anyone know how to fix this? (I can still move the folders, but cannot permanently delete them. Even tried moving into recycle bin and empty. Did not work)
