Patreon Reward Tiers Restructuring for July

Hey guys. So, I've been thinking about this for a while.

I'm going to be raising my prices again soon, and at a certain point I do need to restructure the reward tiers as I never even did that the last time I upped prices.

As it is right now, I have almost no time to do drawings that aren't commissions or patreon rewards. Any drawings I do outside of that are usually done late at night when I would normally be sleeping haha.

I feel that as the rewards are now is becoming quite unsustainable. I find myself avoiding advertising my patreon because I'm worried that if I get any more patrons I won't be able to manage the rewards- so obviously somethings wrong! 

I had been researching other successful patreons and many don't even do one on one requests until later tiers. So me setting up the tier rewards in the first place with a $10 (soon to be even more) discount on a commission, plus opportunities for 1-2 free sketch requests a month (as I do a request for everyone who shows up in stream, and honestly if you arent able to make it and ask nicely ill still probably draw you one..) and a discount on further commissions has started to feel a bit too much to me. 

It was a great way to get patrons, but at a certain point I need to stop burning myself out- and have confidence and trust that people will want to support me even if it's not for a extremely huge discount. ><;

Of course I understand if this makes people reconsider their pledges, and I sincerely apologize! But as it is right now I can't keep doing these huge rewards. I need time to experiment with my own art and improve myself.

SO.. Rewards restructuring is still being worked out. But so far, my plans are to change $10 tier to just access to the patreon stream, $20 to colored sketch, and $30 flats. $50 will stay soft shaded. This will be closer to my new prices when I put those up at the end of June. Patreon streams will stay the same. At least 2 times a months, anyone who shows up will get a sketch at least. Discounts will stay the same. You will still have the option to upgrade your reward for a discounted price.

In addition, new rewards to higher tiers will include the ability to request your commission be streamed during a patreon stream, for no extra cost :) (Within reason- something that will take more than an hour I can stream sketching or coloring/shading, or do a longer full stream for a very discounted cost)

Additionally, I would like to be posting more of my practice sketches here, as well as start posting non commission art here for a couple days before posting it elsewhere - right now neither of these things are a thing simply because I don't have the time to do much non commission art. ><
