Production Blog 🎬: 3D Background insight

What you see in the images there is an Eevee render (for colors, nearly instant, fog turned off in this instance but is usually automated too), then a Cycles render (For a shadow pass, layered over with Multiply) and finally, apply texture and touch up manually where needed. The whole process can take 10 minutes tops.
