(Also after many listen's This is For is a bop! Our opinions now are everything is on straight repeat except Right Hand Girl and Peach Gelato which aren't our favorite!) Little note for people watching now after putting up the few songs on yt. Those were chosen because they were the songs that we had good reactions to. All the other songs at first we had not 100% postive thoughts. And that is okay! As reactors, we need to voice every thought we have. That's why people are watching us react. When you listen by yourself, you're just experiencing and not trying to analyze a song. You guys have probably listened to the song 100s of times before you finally get to see our reaction to our FIRST time. Many of the best songs ever took us a few listens to understand.
Also anyone seeing us react on twitch for the first time. If you see us get frustrated with chat, it's not because specifically once's. It's because every time we react on stream, there are people in chat who try to make us change our minds/make us feel like we are incorrect for our first opinions on a song. That stream was just a lot of built up frustration and us feeling like we can't feel how we feel about songs from our ults.

2025-07-19 21:30:35 +0000 UTCRe: fromis_9, I wonder if part of the agreement of keeping almost everything was that they couldn't work with their regular producers (ie: Bumzu or Prismfilter) or continue in that house/ city pop-ish genre. Cuz Jiheon was quite public about being upset during the negotiations and that it had nothing to do with money. I'm in agreement in how it's quite the sound change but I know they've always wanted to do band-type music - the numerous Day6 covers they've done kinda signal towards that direction. It's interesting that you point out Strawberry Mimosa and Twisted Love as better bsides as they were both written/composed by Jiwon and Hayoung respectively. The latter being a favourite of all members and loosely (or maybe literally) about Jiwon.
