Japan's method sounds nice

2024-10-22 08:20:02 +0000 UTCI don’t know what it’s like in Korea but in Japan, you don’t have to have a certain degree in order to get a job at most companies. I have friends who got a degree in literature and then worked at a bank right out of college. They care more about the level of the college you went to, and they don’t expect you to have experience. You join the company rather than apply for a specific position. Of course, it depends on the job because some require expertise, but in general you don’t need it. So for a lot of managers, they apply for a job in that agency (most require a test when you apply) and get experience within the company
